HOTEL TERMS

Here follows our general terms and conditions for accommodation reservations. Functions terms and conditions will be supplied with your information pack – our friendly staff are always on hand if you have any questions.

Booking Deposit
A booking deposit of £150 per person per week or £30 per day is requested on confirmation of all bookings. Please note cancellation fees may apply (See Cancellations).

Cancellations
The hotel will make all reasonable efforts to re-let cancelled accommodation, but guests are respectfully reminded that, English Tourist Board Guidelines, the hotel is entitled to make a charge of two thirds of the total cost of the holiday less VAT, including your deposit, if the accommodation cannot be re-let. We strongly advise you to cover unavoidable cancellation by taking out independent holiday cancellation insurance.

Payment of Accounts
Personal cheque – sorry we no longer accept payment by cheque.
We accept payment by cash and all major credit cards.

Meal Times
Breakfast 7am – 10am
Lunch 12 noon – 2.30pm
Dinner 6.30pm – 9.30pm

Arrival and departure times
Rooms will be available from 11.00am on the day of arrival. Prior notice is required if your arrival time is after 10.00pm. On the day of departure, please vacate your rooms by 10.00am unless you have made prior arrangement at reception.
